Chicken Paprikash
My Mom put a little twist on it, I think it has more flavor.  This is also a lot easier to throw together!  This is my all time childhood favorite!
Dumpling Ingredients (Per batch, need 3-6 batches)
- ½ tsp salt
 - ¼ tsp black pepper
 - 1 tsp Hungarian Paprika
 - 1 large egg
 - ¼- ½ warm water

Directions
- Boil water in large pot.
 - Mix all ingredients together (batter should be a little runny).
 - Drop batter into boiling water with knife and spoon.
 - Cook 10-15 min. Noodles will float on top of water.
 - Spoon out dumplings and go on to the next batch.

Sauce Ingredients
- 2-3lbs of chicken breast (or whatever chicken you like, dark meat is normally used)

 - ½ tbs garlic powder/or salt
 - 1 can of chicken broth
 - 1 can of tomato soup
 - 1 cup of sour cream
 - 1 medium onion chopped
 - 1 tsp butter

Directions
- Cut chicken in to small cubes, add to pan on medium heat with onions and butter
 - Add paprika, butter, and garlic

 - Add chicken broth
 - Cook for 10-15 minutes (until the chicken is just about done)
